Here is a person who unequivocally biased to Physicaly challenged persons ability .In my earlier job i had an opportunity to interact with Lasersoft in chennai and have heard a lot about Mr Kamath's committment, discipline and magnanimity.

It is noble idea of Mr.Kamath to provide opportunites to the disbaled where he has certain agenda of controlling attrition but has he been giving good career opportunities too?
